No! You will work with one of our coaches to create a nutrition, fitness and lifestyle management programme built around your life. We will then work with you to make any changes along the way if needed.

Do I need to already go to the gym to join?

No! Our programme is designed to help everyone from beginners to health and fitness all the way to regular gym goers - and tailored to your needs

Will I have to cut out foods I love?

No! The purpose of the HYROX Foundations programme is to create long-term habits and build . So you can achieve your goals and maintain them, cutting our your favourite foods doesn't fit with our ethos.

Will I get support in the HYROX Foundations Programme
