HYROX Singles – Individual Event

This is the true HYROX-style challenge.

The HYROX Singles event is for anyone who wants to test themselves properly — no partner, no sharing the work, just you against the workout.

You’ll move through a series of functional fitness stations inspired by HYROX racing, pushing your engine, strength, and mental grit in a high-energy, competitive environment.

Perfect if you:

Want to experience a full HYROX-style effort
Are training for an upcoming HYROX event
Want to challenge yourself properly
Enjoy competing solo and seeing what you’re capable of

Individual (solo) race format
HYROX-inspired ergs & functional movements
Structured heats and race-style flow
Coaches on hand throughout
Scaled options available where appropriate

This is the most demanding option of the weekend — challenging, rewarding, and seriously fun.

Important: Each athlete must purchase their own ticket and complete the competitor form after booking.
